When were you girls able to lay comfortably on your front?

I’m thinking about being able to sunbathe on my holiday (12 weeks post op) and also sleeping.

Had my ba 19 months ago, and still don’t like sleeping on my front :-( Sun bathing is okay, but I don’t find it very comfortable for too long. We really could do with a sunbed with 2 holes cut out for our boobies lol x

Remember the back pain, and bum ache!! Slept on 3 pillows for the first 2 weeks, then took one pillow away. I always sleep on my side, so found it hard sleeping on my back. Tried sleeping on my side just after 2 weeks, but wasn’t comfortable enough, but by 3 weeks i was okay on my side. Use to cuddle up with a pillow against my boobs lol found that helped a lot. x
