Left boob feeling odd

My left boob is feeling really strange today I woke up on my left side(don’t know how) and now my boob feels slightly odd and high up and hard compared to the right- I can feel the implant moving – is this normal, it’s making me feel all weird haha? I’m only 4 days post op xxx

Hey hun yes this normal as they drop n settle at diffrent times xx
