Left boob feels like it's moving when I move my arms. Normal??

Hiii girls,
Quick question I’m 13 days post op now 350 cc partial unders.
I’ve noticed particularly today that my left implant moves whenever I lift my arm up, this boob seems to have dropped a lot more than the right side and has spread out more.
I’m just wondering if anyone has similar experience with the implant feeling like it’s moving and if this caused any issues?
