Left implant looking a lot smaller than right? Any suggestions?

I know obviously implants drop at different rates & unders can take longer to fluff but since day 1 my left one has given me so much more pain and felt much more uncomfortable than the right. Almost like I can feel it move in the pocket when I move & also had what felt like a bubble in the top, by day 3 I had the worst pain imaginable in the top where I could feel the bubble. The last couple of days it’s becoming more and more noticeable its smaller than the other and a lot higher.. Don’t know if this is just because the other is dropping?! Has anyone ever had this & is it anything to worry about?
