left incision stinging!!!!

hey girls,really need some advice because i cant get hold of the nurse! i been pain free since the op but i keep getting a stinging in my left incision since i had my dressings removed…is this normal???? i am trying not to get myself worked up but its making me paranoid.HELP!!! X
