Less than 24hrs – Yikes!

In less than 24hours I’ll be getting ready to have my BA. I’m so so nervous! I’m sat in work at the mo and I can’t consentrate, I’ve got all these thoughts running around in my head. I’m nervous, not sure if I’m doing the right thing, excited, feel sick!

I really need to calm down lol… shame I can’t have a drink x

im tomorrow as well at highgate! cant stop thinking about it. having to have family and friends calm me down. have you got a time or what time to go down. i have had no time yet and wondering why this is and if anyone else has got theirs. xxxx

xemzhx how u feelin now? are you in much pain? are you happy with your result? can you see your toes lol! when do you get your time of op? i dont no when i have gotta be there for all i no is that its a day case. i dont no ANYTHING else. which i dont understand consindering its tomorrow my op! xxxx

hi girls, i understand how you feel excited, nervous, regrets, etc..but more excited to see the end results, i got mine in 7 weeks with Mr K, all i think about is boobies!!! not good when i got 2 kids under 2 to look after!!! i think i am scared about the GA and also the recovery period as i am very impatient i want things to happen quick – when i had my c section i was up and about doing things i was told off by the nurses to relax – but i couldnt, i know this is going to be painful as it is going to be under the muscle – not looking forwrd to the pain at all but what keeps me going is not having to wear gel bras/ chicken fillets again!!!!!

Hi, I know what you mean. People at work keep asking me questions about it which is actually making me more nervous. I’ve not packed my overnight bag yet and haven’t a clue what to take!

I’m in at Doncaster tomorrow with Mr Kazzazi. I’ve got my admission time of 10am but not sure what time my surgery will be yet. They’ve said there are 2 other’s being admitted at this time as well. I had to ring up for my time though cos no one had been in touch.

I’ve not told some of my family yet cos they weren’t supportive when I told them I wanted it doing. I’m dredding them seeing me now, eek!

Charlenepa: Haha!! yeah i can see my toes luckily, not to too much pain now which is good, its always bareable and if you feel worse you have tablets which work amazingly! I got my admission time on the Friday as Monday was a bank holiday but you should ring your patient co-ordinator and ask her if she knows. Yes i am happy with the result! Fitting into a 32D sports bra but think they may go to a 32C. What size you going to? xx

R4jgill: Awh the best thing to do is not rush yourself! I did that and i couldnt walk by myself very well! 2 days on i feel okay, i lean over while walking so i cant walk shoulders back but its bareable. I had 230 under’s so i think it takes longer to recover and def more painful then overs as your muscles don’t relax but its not as bad as we imagen! What are you having? xx

Hi r4gill, I’m having 525cc high profile unders which hopefully will take me to a DD cup. I’m nervous now that they’ll not be big enough or I won’t have a cleavage or that they’ll end up wide apart and under my armpits lol!

I wasn’t nervous about the pain until my partner spoke to one of his mate’s girlfriend’s and she said I’ll be in agony for about a week!!! She had hers done 3 yrs ago.

Ah well, I’ve waited 7yrs for this so what’s a bit of pain (well I hope it’s only a bit of pain anyway).

I’ll be putting my pics on sofem so will keep you all up to date. thanks for all the good luck wishes xxx

Hi xemzhx, do you have any pics? What time was your admission time, what time were you taken to theatre and what time were you brough round from GA? Sorry for all the questions but I want my partner to be there when I wake up however if I don’t get it done til late on, he’ll have to go home cos he’s on nights 😥

i got to a 32d when i was pregnant and i loved it – now they have shrank back to its original size now im hating it – i think if i hadnt got bigger i would have been bothered about doing them – lol

im havin 525cc overs at highgate with dr singh. yea il keep trying my co- ordinater. i have never been this nervous. i think its worse cuz i have had months to work myself up. the only other operation was a c section 18 months ago. emergency c section . had about 10 minutes to get my head around it whilst high on gas and air lol. bit different this time. which is why im 1 more pulpitation away from a heart attack. il be grey before the week is out. lol xxxxx

ok my admission time is 8.30- does that mean i gotta arrive there for 8.30? xx

Hi Jil1980 , All the questions are fine dont worry! I havent taken any pix just yet but i will do today! My admission time was 7:30, i got baught to my room for around 8 i think it was, then a few mins later my surgeon came in to ask about sizes and said i was second on the list. I must of went to the theatre around 9:10 and woke up exactly an hour 10:10. Hope this helps!! xx

r4jgill: Yeah that should def bring you back to your D haha! Im very skinny thats why a small cc baught me to currently a D, it all depends on your body shape you never really know your size you’ll be til afterwards but good luck xx

Charlenepa: Yeah try your best to get there at 8:30, youl sit in recpetion for a while to fill out a form then you’ll be baught to your room xx
