Life After Surgery

I’m due for my surgery in approx 3 weeks…

I’m having rhinoplasty after being driven mad everyday by my nose since I was about 10 years old! Finally it’s going away!

But I can’t help feeling that after my surgery…life is going to begin properly for me, like I can live happily and do the things I want to do – am I completely mad?

How has surgery affected your life? If it has at all…I’m only 20, and I feel like after my surgery I’ll be ready to face the world and get my ambitions going!

Maybe it’s just me, what about you?

I mean it as in my insecurities were holding me back until now…after I’m all recovered, obviously

im the same hun, i feel like a different person now ive got my boobs. its amazing how surgery can improve your life and give you confidence

I was exacly same before gettin my nose done, n I can honestly say its been life changing hun xx

I feel so much better after my BA, it has made me even more confident, and I do really love myself and my look xx

Before my surgery my boyf had never seen me wifout a top in nerly 3 yers!! The day of my one week po check he sat on toilet n we chatted well I was in shower that’s how much of a confidence boost I got n trust me its the confidence he found most attractive nt the boobs xxxx

Ah wow that sounds amazing! I keep thinking of it as life changing and my confidence is going to change me, but worried it’s all just a thought – but if it has affected others then I can’t wait

hi i had a ba, after suffering depression for years as my breasts never fully developed i have been counting down the days for years!!

im 10 months post op.

i feel more comfortable with my body its finally in proportion yey

however i have lost my libido i dont very rarely get aroused (as i have lost sensation in my boobs) one has i can feel a little but its not the same. they were my clits basically. my sex life has suffered considerably with my partner.

i love my new boobs but wish so much i could ‘feel’ them again.

i want my original life back with my partner.
