Lifting Babies

Hi all

Has anybody had their BA whilst their little ones are still young?

My little man is nearly 6 months and I was wondering how long I wouldn’t be able to lift him for and when would be the best time to get the op done.

I’m getting mine done tomorrow..my little boy is 7 months.

I think its better to do it now before they want picking up all the time..atleast now I can entertain him whilst he is lay down..I also have a lot of support x

Dont get me wrong not looking forward to the 2 weeks not being able to do his cares but i have the rest of his life to do that! x

hey hun, i have a 6yr old and a 10 month old, ive literally moved in with my parents for 2 weeks to give me time to recover hehe xx u will def be too sore to lift ur lil one hun im 6days po and i aint guna even attempt to lift my son, even sneezing still hurts a bit xx u gotta be very very careful xx

Good luck girls, had mine done today at home with the kiddies – they have been told to be careful of mummy ( they are 5 and 3 years old) and so far so good.

Nothing to be nervous about, everything really professional and friendly.

i think every one is different i had overs 5weeks ago and after day 3 i was lifting my baby hes 6months i just couldnt hold him against my chest i had to hold him lower or on my side. good luck!!
