I’m now 14 days post op and REALLY missing the gym, would some light cardio be ok? Just cycling or walking?
You can walk but I wouldn’t do anything more than that personally. You don’t wanna put your money to waste by doing too much too soon and damaging your new boobies x
Argh! It’s driving me insane haha! 🙁 I just mean like brisk incline stuff? Or even light leg work?
Exercise in the first 6 weeks increases your chance of cc. I think walking is ok but nothing else x
