Hi Girlies, im 5 weeks PO and im trying to do things by the book ie not go to the gym before my 6 week po appointment and wait until iv’e had the all clear but its driving me mad not going!!
I normally go about 6 times a week and have loads of energy and feel great but since i haven’ been going for the last 5 weeks i feel tierd all the time and like a blob lol, like being toned but my bums gone saggy and my hips are getting bigger and have a role on my tummy, not happy
Missing boxing the most but know i wont be able to do that for a while. Anyone recommend the best exercise to burn the fat and tone up quicly wothout doing any damage to boobies?
Got a big night out next Saturday in Manchester and got lots of other things planned over the next few weeks so need quick results. Think i may just resort to a pair of bridgets under my new dress for this weekend and just make the most of my new additions
