Shirts or things you can do up at the front.

dryclor… basically like 2 days before surgary roll this under ur arms at night wash it off in the morning,and yo will not sweat i havent put on deodarant for 7 days its like £7.00 from boots GOD SEND!!

Arnica – helps with brusing and swelling..thats like £4.00 there my must haves ever one differs but i hope this helps bbe good luck xx

Well dreams I’m off to buy pineapples! Lol! Didn’t know about that! Dry shampoo is useful too buttons, £3 ish in tesco but think you can get it most places! x

Can we not wear deodarant pre/post op!?
