loose our deposit!!!

girls does any one know what happends to our deposit????? my op is on Sunday and should have been with Dr Mario Russo but have to see Dr Adamo on firday… what if i dont want to go though the op on sunday with Dr Adamo???

hi hun i was due to have russo on sunday as well and i have been offered to see singh tomoro in london for a consultation which i told them i cant make it as i live notts have 2 kids which i cant just leave them to travel to london i mentioned about getting all the money back i paid for but this pc who i spoke too wasnt my own who called me tho .. said she needs to see the policy on it well like i said this isnt my fault and a full refund should be given as i feel rushed and not happy now she never called me back im so gutted right now and seeing as last friday i got my time slot as well .. as far as i know the deposit was just to book or surgery day which isnt going ahead so it should be paid back to us as they aint done anything surgery wise ??? hope you can make your decision what you want to do im so upset right now as we was 4 days away xx
