    Hi ladies i was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to lose about 30lbs?? I know it seems loads but i have been on slim fast and exercising everyday for 45mins at the mo. I have Lost 6lb so far but does anyone have any tips for losing it quicker and more off the lower abs?? as this is my problem area!!! :(

    Green tea is a natural fat burner and speeds up your metabolism so your body will burn off fat quicker than normal, i was on acai pills for a few months and taking that along with going to the gym made me feel so much healthier xx

    hi hun ,,

    i started a high protien diet and no carbs, this includes as much chicken as possible but not the wings, any type of turkey and lean beef. 0% fat yogurts aka ski and muller, no red meats and soup is allowed you can have the odd scrambled egg once or twice a week and i was also on ultra chocolate banana tablets 1 in the morning and another at 1pm i also did cardio exercise every day i lost 1.7 stone in 5weeks xxxx

    Hey @kaylajay yeah I exercise everyday too, for 45 mins at a time, i dont do gyms lol dont have the money or the time. Will defo give it a go :) thanks.

    @amanda91 I will buy some green tea too :) and I think if I tried acai berries again I would have the juice cuz I have a real problem with swallowing pills :(

    Kaylajay what drinks etc can u have? Can u have coffee with milk? Also are you allowed fruit and veg or is it literally just chicken? I’m trying weight watchers, lost 6lb but struggling to lose anymore! X

    yeah with weight watchers you loose to a certain amount and then its a struggle to loose anymore –

    food-

    1- chicken but no wings just really legs and stuff

    2- any kind of turkey

    3- lean beef

    4- no red meats

    5- you can have a few pickled onions in a week but not many jsut as a snack one day a week

    6- tinned soup but the small soups

    7- 0% fat yogurts like ski and muller but only vanilla and strawberry and no fruity bits allowed in the yogurts

    8- no carbs at all no butter no rice no bread no pasta no crisps no chocolate

    9- scrambled egg is allowed once or twice a week but has to be skimmed milk

    10- you are allowed to use salt, vinegar and red sauce but only a tiny bit do not go wild on these

    11- oatbran is allowed daily aswel

    drinks-

    1- 8 glasses of water a day

    2- yes 1 or 2 cups of tea or coffee a day but has to be skimmed milk and sweetners

    3-dilute is allowed but not too much

    after your first 7-10 days you can have alt days with veg and fruit with food and then a full protien day,

    once you have reached your ideal weight or got close to your ideal weight then you can go back to eating with a few carbs but dont go wild and you have to have two full proteins a week and eg is allowed on both of these days.

    it is a strict diet and the first week is the hardest but after that its great i love this diet and as soon as ive recovered im hitting the gym again – i work out 1hour 30mins a day alot of cardio and abit of strength. hope this helps xxxx

    oh and i also started a diet table that is legal and sold in all the shops its called ultra chocolate banana all natural ingredients and the tablet easily snaps in 2 oe 3 bits so its easy to take £25.45 for a months supply xxx

    Thank you! I think I may give this a go but I don’t really fancy chicken for breakfast haga! Just want to shift a final stone! Lost just over 3 already but no more will come off! Thanks for your help I’ll have to try those tablets! Did used to take t5’s but can’t get my hands on them anywhere lol xx

    no i had 2 yogurts for breakfast hun and no problem anytime ooo never heard of them i was really new to the diet pills but this lass was a size 18 and went down to a 10 in 3months so i went on them they really good xxx

    Lost 3 stone by just eating salad and grilled chicken and veg. Was taking t5 tablets aswel and also tried alli tablets! Not the nicest of tablets to take but they worked lol I can’t get them now as my bmi is normal but might see if I can order them online. Glad I lost 3 stone but now have empty saggy boobs as result hense why I need uplift and ba! x

    Oh yeh never thought about yogurts for breakfast! I am going to try this diet and fingers crossed it works :) x

    Romani it’s worth looking at what you currently eat and when ou do exercise etc.. Carbs right before exercise is fine as you will work those off etc. there are loads of websites that detail loads of imformation about how your body burns off calories, carbs, fat etc…

    For it to work you need to cut out all sugars from your diet first.. Change white bread to wholemeal but only morning and possibly lunch.

    There are good carbs and bad carbs which is worth reading up on too..

    hey hun heres a few of my tips i gave it too one of the other girls on the forum

    EXERCISE

    aim to do around 30-40 min of cardio a week, this can be anything from brisk walking, running on a treadmill,cycling or rowing, anything that raises you heart rate. also mix this up by doing a class ie zumba,aerobic. make sure you change your exercise routing regularly as other the body get used to doing the same thing and this can slow down you weight loss.

    FOOD

    BREAKFAST

    breakfast is the most important meal off the day when we sleep our metabolism slows right down so breakfast speed our metabolsm up and also stops us picking on rubbish through till dinner time, i recommend 2 weetabix and semi skimmed milk, or a poached egg on whole meal toast. if you dont have much time to make breaskfast a banana and a handfull of nuts would be ideal as the banana realise energy slowely and nuts contain protein which also keeps you fuller for longer.

    LUNCH

    try and eat things such as jacket potato and a healthy filling such as tuna (no mayo) beans are also low calorie and good for you but do contain suger so limit beans in tomato sauce to onces a week, a whole meal sandwhich with ham etc or a wrap, you could also make yourself an egg white omellette with veg, i eat 4 egg whites with one yolk (75% of calories and fat come from the yolk)

    TEA

    try and eat things such as fish,steak,chicken,turkey breast grilled not fryed and accompany them with plenty of veg. home made soup is also a good one to make as you can make it a day or two before and then if youu dont fancy cooking its better than turning to a high calorie ready meal. i also make cottage pie,lasagne,bolognaise sauce with LEAN turkey mince instead of beef its much healthiar, cous cous or quinua is a healthy alternative to pasta and rice and you can have that stuffed in peppers or it makes a nice accomplement to a home made stew etc.

    DRINKS

    drinks such as pop, fruits etc contain alot on empty calories, you wanna change these for water or squash or even flavoured water, drinking plenty of water actually makes you feel full so you tend to eat less as well so it an added bonus.

    Green tea is also an awesome drink which aids weight loss and also has lots of other health benefits, its not overly nice but i got used to it and its all i drink it also boosts your metabolism.

    SNACKS

    you wanna snack on things such as fruit, nuts also low fat yoghurts, maybe rivitas and rice cakes with cottage cheese or humous. also the occasion cereal bar would be ok.

    TIPS

    * drink a glass of water or eat an apple before a meal, this makes you feel fuller so you eat less

    *eat of smaller plates, sound silly i know but this knocks of calories

    *dont fry your food grill it

    *swap all white varieties for whole meal, eg whole meal bread and pasta

    *sauces contain alot of unwanted calories so limit the amount of sauces you have.

    lower belly fat is also diet related, so you can even be skinny and have lower belly fat, try your best to keep you healthy and not connsume excess sugers and you will see a big diffrence in you lower belly fat

    also protein shakes make a great meal replacement and also help with muscle repair and definitions too, one 100% whey protein shake with one scoop and water contains around 80 calories and 16g protein so they either make a grear snack replacement or drink them instead of a meal either way you double the benefits of the nurtiants and that fact its low calorie xx

    Hey hun thanks so much I really appreciate this :)

    I just bought some green tea today actaully and tried it, its abit of a strange taste but not too bad :)

    I also bought some Acai berry juice as I cant swallow tablets very well so hpefully I should see a difference with it.
