Is anybody else trying to lose as much weight as possible before surgery? Although I haven’t got a date set in stone I’m defo thinking June. I have my consultation with Mr Traynor on Tuesday, so excited! My patient coordinator is Julie at Newcastle. Does anybody else have her? Isn’t she FAB! xx
just remember the smaller you are the less likely they are to give you larger implants….
I’m not exactly small at the minute. I want to lose at least a stone which will get my within the healthy range on BMI. I’m a large UK12 and want to be a comfortable UK10.
36C/D at the moment and hoping to achieve E/F cup

usual cut out carbs ( i eat alot of bread lol) cut out crap, drink plenty water. no fizzy pop. plenty sleep. take stairs instead of lift…those types of things

Smaller portions.
Iv loads of weight in the past yr, I was 9 and a half stone, now I’m like less than 8 stone … I think I took it too far but the secret is fruit, fruit and more fruit… No chocolate…at all… And pints and pints of water. ..Only water, fruit and veg. Lol. X
My partner did apple diet for a week and lost quite a lot. Which is basically eating apples for a week, not much else.
Try zumba classes, great high energy workout, does wonders for your waistline and lots of fun! I do it twice a week at the moment! Sooo gonna miss it after the op! I’ll get back into it eventually though!
I’m gona try yours Scarlett cos love fruit n veg, I can live without chocolate n crap but I’m not keen on water so would flavoured water be ok? X
Thanks for the tips ladies. Going to try the fruit and Zumba. My hubby train in MMA and Muay Thai so he recommended some supplements to take 
I’m so excited and I still can’t quite believe I’ve actually gone ahead and plucked up the courage to do this after years of wanting!!
petite my bfs a cage fighter too and ive tried the mma training (they do a fitness class version where i live), i recommend protein shakes as meal replacements xx
Also just be careful with the fruit cos it does have alot of natural sugars which = calories. A banana has about 100 cals, an apple about 60, if you get a small to medium fruit salad at the shops thats generally 100 cals. If you are eating mainly fruit and veg with just a little bit of protein/carbs then you will be fine but if you are eating other full meals then adding fruit to fill you up then it might not work as well as veg.
If you go for pineapple, grapefruit and rasberries they speed up your metabolism too x x

I was a 32 aaaaaaaa just had nipples really!! Lol. Im about a 32d now. With 380 unders. Aint been measured yet though i only look a c max!!
Doesnt matter if u aint got ya boobs then still come out!! Theres a group created thats where all the details bout meeting olace etc will be on xx
im size 10 jeans and tops toning up is good enough thats actually what i want to do x
