Loss of sensation

Hi girls I’m booked in for 10th of August and just wondering how common it is to get a loss of sensation in breasts once you’ve had your op? x

Hmm so far From what I’ve read it is quite common Hun. There’s numbness around the breast and nipple area and the time it takes to get this feeling back can vary for each person.

I had mine done 8 days ago. My nipples are really sensitive and almost pain full to touch. I can feel everything fine at top part but numb underneath. Nurse said its normal and nipples can ether go numb or sensitive. Xx

Im still numb and I am 10 weeks post op.

I can’t feel my nipples or under breast at all! Weird feels like I’m touching a really padded bra but it’s actually my boobs ha ha x

Thats what I was like Kate. Some feeling has come back but still not fully.

I’m the same still very little feeling in my nipple and around it xx

Mine keep changing! Can feel the sides at the moment but not the middle. Im 3 days post op

i’ve gained feeling back and i’m now 11 months PO xx

God 11 months I was hoping it would come bk before then, that’s one question I forgot to ask at the app with sergeon, was too bust asking if I could return to motor racing lol xx
