    Losing 3 pounds is great though anchovie, good work. You’ve got to start somewhere. I have found not exercising the hardest part to be honest. Roll on week 6 :-D x

    Well done anchovie!! I’ve lost a little, still got around half a stone to go. I know they say the best way is to cut out carbs, but I can’t!! Im a carb monster! I have found that by switching to healthier options like skimmed milk, brown bread and pasta etc that helps. xx
