lost some of my sheets.

i’ve lost some of the sheets that i was given at my pre-op, the ones that told me what to do and what not to do before my operation and was wondering if anyone could tell me? i know some of them were to not wear any make-up or any fake tan but im not sure on much else. i remember something about not being able to drink before the op but i cant remember how many days it said beforehand. any help would be great xxxx

no asprin is the main one! my sheet said no drinking for 48 hours but my nurse said dont drink for 7 days x

Hey I got told no alcohol 48hrs before and same with garlic, no make up no jewellery or nail varnish, no herbal tablets apart from Arnica. No aspirin and no smoking 48hrs prior preferably. Also no food 6hrs before and then no water 2hrs before.

Think that’s about it hope this helps x

As for after think it’s just make sure uve got someone look after u for at least the first 24hrs xx

Yea apparently it can thin the blood! Weird I know but it’s right here on my notes x
