Loud popping in chrst

My hubby and me were sleeping about 2am 3ish over we both heard a loud pop. Subsequently the breast is softer and has more movement. I am feeling twinges of muscular pain in the area around the breast and my back and the spot where the pop came from. And pins and needles on my scars @myamoderator could u contact me as I have tried to contact Fitzroy all day in a lot of pain
