Love my boobs but not happy with the service :(

I had my boobs done just over a year ago in Manchester and I am soooo happy with them, that happy in fact the I refereed a friend. I was set to receive a cheque from MYA as a reward for referring Amy who had hers done in October. The cheque never came so both Amy and I chased it up (as Amy has referred one of her friends too) and they promised me a cheque by end of November, again it never came and then again they promised it by the end of December and its still not come. Also, I went to have my check up after having my boobs done and the nurse informed me there was a problem with my surgeon as she was away but they would write to me and make an appointment for me to see the surgeon so she can check on my boobs and no appointment came and i have never been back to see anyone. I have since got married and moved to Cambridge so hence only just posting on here. I feel a little let down after all the money I (husband) spent.

Thats terrible that you feel let down hun. I would contact your PC or speak to MYA on live chat to try and arrange an appointment with your surgeon – even though youve gone so long without seeing her, just to make sure all is as it should be… I had a friend referral and she recieved her cheque within a couple of months after my 1st consultation – I haven’t even had my op yet and she had the cheque like 3/4 months ago! Xx

Holly, thats good that you received it so quick. When my friend phone and chased it uo they said they had no details for me. I cant understand it cause i had my boobs done there. Maybe thats why i never got a letter to see Helena. X x x
