I have just had a phone call from the Nurse I saw today. She wanted to discuss what happened today, and why I felt the way I did.. I told her everything, the way she made me feel to the lack of interest she showed. She was very apologetic and listen to everything I said. “Thank you”, you didn’t have to call me, but I very much appreciated the call. It was nice to talk to you about the issues, and know that I can come back in if I have any further concerns. It showed the professionalism of MYA to address the problem and rectify it. It has restored my confidence in the company, Thank You!!!
