low impact sports bra..

I have got 2 asda low impact sports bras do I need to get any high impact ones? Can anyone send me a link for the best sports bra to buy from m&s x

I got high impact sports bras from tesco, love them and rate them a lot higher than Macon bras. If you feel well supported in your asda ones that will be fine don’t go crazy and spend loads would be my advice

Everyone seems to use asda and tesco but it depends on what you’ll be doing in the 6 weeks lol. I’m now a 32GG so I’ve got to wear high impact ones. Any M&S ones should be cool though. But my advice is to get a macom bra and wear that until you feel up to going to town to be measured and try them on as there is no way to tell how you’ll fill up or how swollen you’ll be. Plus, I got 34f which isn’t too bad on the cup as it’s only a sports bra, it’s just a really snug fit! but the band hurts a but after a while. I’m 8 days po xx

i used the low impact from asda. amongst others, they supported well but came quite high up, primark low impact give your boobs a better shape, i didnt buy anything expensive xxx

I didn’t rate the Macom at all, I didn’t feel that supported next to my tesco cheap bras, but others have found them great. If anyone wants cheap second hand Macoms mine need a good home lol!

i wax looking at the primark ones are they good then cos ive got to get two more x x
