Hi girls. High profiles and low profiles can both look fake if they’re not on the right person. Some girls like the ‘stuck on look’ in which case you can opt for a high profile implant in a very large size. But high profile implants can look natural too. Also, if your narrow and you get low profile implants it can look odd. Dr traynor, my surgeon, doesn’t use low profile implants as he doesn’t like the way they look (he told me this when I asked him about them) and he’s known for how natural his breasts look. I got the inspira responsives they have very soft gel and look VERY natural. I love them xx

I had low profile implants, and I am not particularly broad – a normal 34. Mine look very natural too, which is what I wanted…Feel free to add me to see pics of result. xx

i had low, im a 34 back but i AM broad and wouldnt have fitted a large enough based high-profile implant in to look “right” they would have looked stupid on me

thanks for the info girls im a 34-36 back so by the things ive seen on here low profile would look more natural obviously the surgeon will tell me what he thinks i was just wanting some sort of idea for when i got thwre.

i think if you wanted high profiles you’d need to go above the 500cc mark in order for them not to look like 2 silly scones sticking out of your chest, and they probably wouldnt fill your chest area enough unless you had a LARGER i.e. 560cc high profile implant. but if your like me and a 34AAAAAA with quite tight skin you wouldnt be able to fit a 560 implant in, I wanna have 560ccs in about 10 years, theyre the same base size as my low profiles but are high profile :) xxxxx

yeah i dont want two cone looking things. plus a dont want massive boobies anyway even thou they do look great on all these these girls coz mine are small small i think it would be to much change but then again i dont want to regret not going bigger. so confusing x

Id just go for the biggest low profile your surgeon feels he can give you :) xxx I wanted 505ccs but my surgeon knew there was a chance he wouldnt be able to fit them in so he ordered 470cc and 505cc for me but when he tried the 505cc he physically COULDNT fit them in well and would not have been able to close my incisions properly so 470cc it was! lol

505cc is the largest low profile implant you can get without paying extra money
