Hi girls, I had my first surgeon consulation with Helena yesterday and Im feeling a bit down and slightly confused after it
She advised me to have low profile overs 230 in right and 330/350 (i think!) in left and a nipple lift on both.
I am a size 8 with empty 32c left and a 32d right. I thought for the full rounded look that I am hoping to achieve I would need high profiles?
If anyone has any photos of their low profile overs I would be very grateful if you could add me.
I know the surgeon obviously knows her stuff but from reading other comments it seems like most people have high profiles. Thank girls xxx
Hey bb, would be hard to advice if i dont see how your breasts are now. But i think low profiles look a bit strange and flat. Moderate profile are nice for girls with small boobs. Usually girls with empty skin usually go high or extra high to give that good lift. In my opinion go and see at least another 2-3 surgents before setteling with this one. See what they say and compare how different the opinions are and go whom you feel more comfortable with. Dont rush it. hope this helps
xx
Hi hun i’ve had low profile overs 505 and i can guarentee they don’t look strange or flat! I have pic’s up and i’m extremley happy with mine

Hi hun.. I’m at the moment and empty 36C and will be having 640cc low profile soft touch overs.. I’ll try and explain to you why I am having what I’m having, it may be the same for you or it may not.. My surgeon Mr Chantarasak said I needed low profiles because i have alot of empty breast tissue that needed filling.. I was told that I didn’t need an uplift or nipple lift but low profiles were the implants I needed.. Low profiles are wider with less projection where as high profiles or extra high profiles aren’t as wide and have more projection to them.. Normally high or extra high profiles are for ladies with little or very little empty breast tissue or ladies with a small frame.. I was told that for me a high profile implant would be basically like a snooker ball in a sock!! Lol.. Low profiles will fill out your empty breasts and lift you up to, I know there are more ladies on here with high profiles than low ones so j haven’t seen that many pics but I know I’m gonna be happy with the results.. Hope I have helped a little, there are loads of girls on here with loads of advice and help.. This forum is a god send sometimes!! Xxxxxx
Aw I’m starting to worry now cos I have a fair amount of boobage at the moment but I’m having extra high profiles. I’m not small framed, I’m 5’6 and mainly a size 10 on top so wonder why I’m having extra high’s…. Ah well, I’m meeting my surgeon again in a couple of weeks so will ask then! xx
The surgeons definately know their stuff and what is good for one is not always the same for someone else.. It certainly wouldn’t hurt to get another opinion from a different surgeon if you have any concerns or worrys with what you have been offered or go back and talk again with your current surgeon, express your concerns and hopefully she’ll explain why she said low profiles are best for you. the surgeon consultations are free after all!! you are spending alot of money and you want it to be just right! The one concern I had with low profiles was not getting the fullness up to which is the one thing I really want but Mr Chantarasak has assured me I will achieve this.. I think been so up and down about it all so far and I have 8 weeks to go yet!! My poor boyfriend keeps having to reassure me when I have a wobble.. Xxxxxx
I’ve been exactly the same lol. I have met 3 surgeons in total, finally chose Mario Russo, have had about 5 consultations with him as I keep thinking of new things to ask, finally booked a couple of weeks back and have now made ANOTHER appointment to see him before surgery day hehe. He must think I’m an absolute nightmare but I want everything to be just right!
I’m surprised my bf hasn’t told me to shut up about it yet, it’s all I’ve been talking about! Although the other day he did suggest we have a conversation about something other than boobs, oops! xx
End of the day it’s hard but you’ve got to trust your surgeon as they know best. I worried that low profile might not make me as big as i wanted but as i had breast tissue already just small lol they’ve made me exactly what i wanted & a lot more in proportion
xxxx
Thanks for all your advice girls, I do have consultation with Mr Kazazzi next week so Ill compare what he says to what Helena said.
All I want is a rouned shape with volume at the top but I suppose we are all very different to start with so to acheive the look surgeons will have to do different things to different girls. Im just concerned about that ppl have said wide chest is better for low profiles as I dont think I have a wide chest???
Charlotte I think we are already friends so Ill have a look at your pics.
Hollybol dont start to worry!! I wish they had told me I was having extra high!!
Thanks again girlies xx
Hi Kat,
I’ve decided to go with Helena myself (my Op’s in April). She recommended 350cc overs, I didn’t ask her what profile that was (wish I had), but looking at the cui catalogue I believe they only come in moderate plus profile at that cc anyway (she did say that I needed a wide implant as i’m quite broad so this makes sense).
I didn’t think I have a wide chest either, my mum was shocked when Helena told me I should be wearing a 36 bra, I’m currently size 8/10 and wearing a 32 (oops). But if your actually a 32 then I agree that doesn’t sound very broad!
Anyway I’d be really interested to hear if you get a simmilar opinion from Mr Kazazzi, can you let me know how it goes? I know everyones different but would be good reassuring to know that another mya surgeon is giving simmilar advice to Helena…
