Ok, so I will try explain this as best I can in the hope someone has had this before and it turned out normal.
At my 1 week check with the nurse, she noticed a hard lump on the top of my left boob and expressed a little concern and asked if it was there prior to the surgery.
I explained at certain times of the month, I did have a particular gland that would raise and swell in the exact same place. I also explained my gland was swollen at the time of my surgery.
The nurse advised to keep a check on it. I can’t remember if she said to call back for the surgeon to see it if it was still there the next week or to call to see the surgeon if I was concerned the next week.
Well, the lump is still there and it may be a coincidence but this is also the only area I have bruising. Before I book an appointment, I just wondered if anyone else had the same experience or has some knowledge as to what it could be?
