Lump/ Fibroadenoma in breast + implant surgery

I have booked my surgery for November. I was just wondering if anyone has had a lump/ Fibroadenoma removed at the same time as they have had their breast implant placed? This is the surgery I’m going ahead with and just wondering if anyone has had the same xx
