Lump near armpit but in boob!????

Last night was feeling boobies. 9 weeks old and felt on my right side a Lil hard lump like right at top near where ur armpit starts. Duno wether its a bit of muscle or what!? Bit worried. Got my Kate 6 week check up with kazzazi on sat will he know what it is!? X

Sounds like a swollen lymph node hun they are harmless, i get them occastionally after shaving under my arm x
