Lump on boob – year after op

Heya girls….

I have had my breast implants for nearly a year. Everything has been fine.. But just no I have found a lump just under my nipple.. I can press it and it feels as if ur pressing the button on top of a jar after its been open.. The only way to describe it is like an air bubble. I went from 32AAAAA and got 380 unders!!

Please help me
