Lumpy boobs help!

My boobs feel lumpy inside and even worse when I tilt to the side. What is this it’s horrible!! anyone know?? Xxx

I had overs. They r fine with a bra on but without they feel weird. When I lean over u can see little ripples around the inner side of my boob might be cos I didn’t have much breat tissue at all b4 so u can just see everything inside!! Xx

It could be breast tissue surrounding the implant.xxx
