I always sleep on my tummy, I try not too but I always end up lying on my boobs – do you think I could be causing damage to them? Also, do you still wear sports bras for bed once fully healed? Just curious as I quite often do, just to feel supported although I’ve never been told to do this x

I stopped using my V pillow after 4 weeks. :/ Might start using it again to try prop me up a bit, I know it sounds silly to say this but I’m frightened that I’m going to disfigure my implants ! Haha x

i got told after my 6 wks po appointment its fine to sleep on your front if you find it comftable, it’ll do no damage and is good for cc if uve had textured unders as i was advised not to massage but lying on your front helps this.

im 16wks po i still wear my sports bra to bed as its so comfy and ill also wear it around the house its got to be better than push up bra’s all the time. x
