Lying on your front to sunbathe … Ok??

Is it ok to fully lay on your front? Will the implants be ok? Probs a really silly question I know Xx

I should imagine it would be very difficult to lie flat,as you are on such a hard flat surface,I did’nt even try on holiday,I did lay on my front but rested on my elbows,had to keep turning as it was uncomfy,but I did get a lovely even tan.xxx
