macom bra

Hi Girls when is the best time to get a macom bra? Help

I got mine few days before op so I had it to take with me xx

But I don’t know what size to get ?

Hl what size bra would I need to get? Should i get sports bra or macom bra? I see surgeon next week would he tell me ?

They just asked me what size i was, then they told me what size they were going to send just asked what colour, tell them your with mya and you get a discount xx

Surgeon will tell you and give you the discount code too, with sports bra depends on what size your having, i had uplift/ba with 320cc Helena told me to get 38DD/E sports bra, (i was in 36d)but i find the macom to be the most comfortable xx

princess…….I’m having Mr Singhy but I’m not sure what he advises with regards to post op bras!! Shall I get a Macom? I don’t want to buy lots that I won’t wear!!! Also how do I know what size to buy??? xxx

Also princess do i need to take arnica tablets??? x

Been advised arnica only good if started a cople of weeks before. I got the Macon bra..the nurses have all told me this isn’t the best & is more of a sales pitch with mya. M&s medium absorbency is the best. Get the size you want to be and make sure it is tight to breast bone for cleavage. Macon is apparently too Hugh at front so not the best result for cleavage!

i got told by nurses macom was best for my boobs, im now in a m & s high impact support bra. its gives great supportxxx

Skybird…..he told me it was up to me what I wore but was told not to wear anything for the first 4 days when the tape was on.I had a macom and asda sports bra,I am. 34 back so that was a medium.

If I am honest I found the macom so uncomfty.

I brought a e sports bra to begin with but after the first week it was too small.and I started at 34c and had 525.now in a f but too small too xx
