A few have posted that they felt uncomfortable, but others swear by it,I think its trial and error honey, down to the individual, perhaps you should try the Tesco sports bra,I found that very comfy and still had the support.xxx

Yeah the prob with the tesco ones is they didn’t do 32d or dd sizes so I bought a 34dd from asda but it’s too big grrrrr!

I ordered this other one from eBay but it finishes right across my wounds so after a while begins to rub xxx

I had probs with mine too, the first couple of weeks it drove me mad, I ended up buying loads of different sports bras to use instead and they were the same, eventually one of the girls here suggested one off eBay which has been great, it’s called a sport jock D3 and has a front zip, I got the large size which is a bit too big around the cups so try the medium, it’s about £27 but you’d be able to wear it again for the gym. I also bought a maternity bra in M&S which is seam free an underwire free and is lovely, Mr Singh said any bra is fine as long as its not underwire. I just wear my Macom to bed now but it fits again, I think the swelling and tenderness of the first couple of weeks tends to make the Macom v uncomfortable. Hope this helps x

Do I have to have a front fastening bra to wear after the op? Can it just be any sports bra or does it have to be a special one? Got my op in January and I’m so confused as to what bra to get!!

As long as it is not one you put over your head you can wear any support, sport or PO bra. xxx

I love my macom bra! Most comfortable thing out of the lot! If you feel it’s too restrictive, maybe loosen the straps? as it’s an expandable cup bra you might be wearing a smaller cup. I’m a 32GG so the plastic thing to change the straps is at the back x
