Macom bra – need to make sure I've bought the right size before the op..

I ordered a 34 because I am a 34 D now and from what I gathered from the guy at Macom, you should buy the one that fits your rib measurement pre op and then it moulds to your new cup size.

I’ve tried it on and i dont have to pull the sides together much to do it up at the mo, i appreciate that my boobs will be alot fuller post op (I’m going from a saggy D cup with uplift and 325 implants mid projection to a full E cup) but should it not be tighter on my rib cage now? it doesnt feel very supportive at all
