    Hey,

I had my meeting with my nurse yesterday, all good, super excited now!
But she kept telling me to buy this Macom bra, which I don’t mind buying but it is quite pricey?
Has anyone used a cheaper alternative? I don’t mind buying the Macom Bra I mean if I can find something cheaper which is just as good then I’d rather do that!
Also, I’m going 425cc, High Profile, Partials. – Does anyone know what size I would need to go for?
    Thanks everyone :* !! xxx

my nurse told me Macoms are so overrated! she said they’re overpriced & they don’t really recommend them anymore.
I’m getting a shock absorber zip up at the front sports bra. my nurse told me ones that do up at the front are perfect as if you keep reaching round to do it up it doesn’t help the healing process.
have a look at the shock absorbers and also search “Sports bras” in the forum, some of the girls have made a list of others that they found pretty good.
    good luck xx

After my op i had 2 bras a shock absorber and a Macom the nurse put the Macom on think the shock absorbers are good when you actually know what size you are as you have to get fitted for them properly, Theres a discount code of ‘secret’ on Macom’s website that gives you a discount x

If you use code ‘MYBREAST’ on macom you will get 15% off hun. These are supposed to be the softest for the first part of recovery. Shock absorber run is supposed to be mint too. Your paying enough for your boobs so £30 for a bra isn’t too bad really to look after them properly. Xx
