Macom or no macom?

Hi girls I have my op in a week and 6 days (eeeeeeeekkk) and going shopping next week to get everything I need. I’m so stuck on what post op bra to get. Seen a lot of girls rave about macom post op bras and a lot say not to waste your money and go primark/Asda/matalan/ m&s I’m spending all this money for ba so want to make sure I have the best one to get the best results. Can anyone shed some light on what they think I should get?
