Macom or sports bra?

Got op in 3weeks, now nurse said buy a sports bra, mario Russo said no bra but I will need a bit of support when I go out so what do I do girls??? Arghhhhhhh…. 😆

Id reccomend Royce X-Static silver post surgery bra, it gives really good support an looks alot nicer then the Macom as that can make your boobs look really pointy! I have both but prefer the Royce! xx

Also the silver in the bra helps healing x

If your having Russo and unders, for two weeks you will have the band across the top of your boobs hun, after mine I used a high impact tesco own one. In the gym now, iv bought a shock absorber, and sleep in it some nights xx

Ive just got a shock absorber from debenhans and a couple of sports bras from primark. Nurse said i will have a band to wear over my bra too xx

Thanks ladies, where do you get the Royce from? Nurse said no bra but surely I’ll need to sleep in something?

The Royce look superb. I bought loads of sports bras but I have to say the Macom is sooooo comfy, agree it can make you a little pointy.

I’m having my 6 week post op today at Manchester, hoping Mr Traynor says I can wear a normal bra now x x
