macom or sports bra

i am 6days post op…..do i have to wear macom for full 6 weeks or am i ok to swap between that and sports bra??

Morning tina….not too bad thanks hun,my left boob os quite sore this morn and I do have a little patch on the top that’s worse than the rest….hopin that will ease off.

my surgeon said no to the macom because it doesnt have cups more of a crop top and thinks it wont suport me properly so im going to have a look in m&s for one tomorrow

I bought a sports bra and a macom and i must say the macom is alot more comfy than my sports bra xx

I just picked up my sports bra from m&s, can’t believe it fits lol it’s massive. It feels okay, not sure if it’s as supportive as the macom yet. I’m off for a walk round the garden to find out x
