Macom size please help

Hey Im just on Macom website and I’m confused over size, I’m a 34A and size 10……do I go for a medium or large?? X

this is what i was like lol.. iv gone for the medium as im a 34 back… they adjust to cup size,, just we need to get the back size .. x
