Macon bra agony!

I’m currently wearing a breast band and no bra for first two weeks, I’m 10 days post op and felt weird walking out and about without a bra so I put my Macon bra on…big mistake I was in agony, the. The bra was pushing my Boobs together and hurt so much down the sides of boobs! Was nearly in tears wen I got back and only went to the local co-op!!!

Anyone had similar experience ?

Also I have noticed my nipples at the bottom are super shiny and super smooth,, are they stretching?….
