mad question

got my op on friday un going away 4 weeks after, how bad is the swelling un brusing, is it there for a few weeks, has any1 done any mad things to help with it???? eg. ice packs!!! thanks xxx

i had no bruises,the swelling was gone in 3 weeks ,gutted lol,xxxxxxxxxyoull be fine hun,xi took arnaca i think that helped.x

Oooh frozen peas under a zip up hoody, but on top of macom bra. Worked a treat and after you’ve re-frozen them 4 times you can put them in your hot pot!!
