Not a mya patient – Had my BA in feb and from the minute I saw them I knew they were uneven I told the surgeon he said they will change and even out as the weeks go on. Each week I noticed the swelling go down but the breast didn’t change. I was suppose to have a breast lift and augmentation but the surgeon said I didn’t need one just a slight nipple lift however I was still made to pay for a BL. I have check ups every 2 weeks for healing and changes and my patient coordinator does say they’re are still different but my surgeon says it will takeupto 6 months for final result. I was promised that if I didn’t need correction surgeon that i would be done for free but I’ve recentl spoken to my patient coordinator and He’s told me to get a malpractice report by the end of 6 months PO and they will refund the whole of my surgery price back to me. Has anyone ever had to do one of these if so what do I do or what details do I need etc.
