Mammogram!?

So I have my first consultation tomorrow…I’m currently in Spain and am having a ‘practice’ one to see what is said before returning to England, just to get different opinions. And he mentioned that I’ll have a blood test and mammogram. I’ve not heard of this at a free consultation (although I’ve not been for one) Can anyone clarify? I think the surgeon may have mistaken me for someone else lol. xxx

ah ok, I’d just never heard anyone mention it. I’m in Madrid at the moment. Did you have any consultations in Spain? x

no just had an examination and a mammogram before goin to the uk…they do things very diff here tho..x

I think I will opt for having my BA in the UK, I just couldn’t wait any longer for a consultation hehe. How do you mean differently? For a BA, or medical care in general? x

they’re a lot more indepth here and do a lot more tests etc and their healthcare is fab..I only had mine done in the uk because I was coming over for 8 weeks in the summer..x

would you have had it here if you hadn’t returned to the UK? where in Spain are you? I’m just not sure! I’ll see how I feel tomorrow, but there’s not much difference in the price so I guess it’ll be down to personal preference x

I’m near Alicante…and yes I have a few friends who have had it done here and they had a great experience..so if I had to have it done again I would have it done here..x
