Mario russo and tubular breasts

Hi girls…little bit of help would be appreciated….been to see mario as I’m booked in with him for the 23 april and he said I have 34a tubular breasts and he said I could have high profile 380cc, 410cc or 460cc. Think I’m going to go for the 410cc but has anyone else been told they have tubular and had 410cc? I didn’t think they were tubular and just don’t want to end up with big pointy ones if that makes sense…

I had tubular, 36A 600cc overs, now a 38E. I’ve only ever heard of girls having overs with tubulars, why the reason for unders? x

I had slight tubular and had 410 unders and high profile I was an a cup.im 11 days post op and I like them so far.x

Twilightstar can I add you? He said I was a slight tubular. I just don’t want to end up with pointy boobs if you know what I mean

LK i have only ever heard of overs with tubular…I am tubular and Mario said no way could i have unders as i had my heart set on unders, he said believe me if i could i would much rather do unders but i cant! Very odd!

Dolcie you can add me no problem. Hmmm I’m feeling a little worried now if he’s saying unders to me. I would never have thought that I had tubular breasts and he’s said its slight tubular and there is no underneath crease…im feeling a little worried

I wouldnt worry about it wenchie…the surgeon knows whats best and whats best for me will not be best for everyone…everyone is different! I am the same though, he said to me initially i need a nip lift then said no…now im worrying that i really do but hes going to make do without it lol! We are born to worry! I will add you now xx

has he said about lowering your crease & scoring the breast tissue? i also had tubulars and had overs and my crease lowered & the constrictive breast tissue scored , coz unders wouldnt change the shape as well i was told?! but he must no wot hes doing! x

Ayshababy I’ve just friend requested you, hope that’s OK. He did really mention anything about that to me. He said I had no crease that’s all and recommended I go for a large under implant.

just accepted u wenchie. yeh im guessing he would do that n lower ur crease but ask him to make sure!! or u can end up with a bigger version of what u had!

yeh im happy with the shape! the size could be better but il deffo have a re op to sort that in a few years or something! thankyou dolcie! which surgeon u having xxx

Hi girls, I have tubular breasts, and I’m finally going about getting it sorted, Im a 38c now and I looked at 380cc overs, have any of you had the surgery? If so, what size did you get? Can I add some of you? As I have never spoken to or meet anybody else with tubular breasts. I’m only 20 and kind of ashamed of my body, it’s quite nice to see other people with the same thing.

Hey, I’m with Dr Russo and he has said overs with me too. Just looked at the comment that he would prefer to do unders than overs if her could. Why is it better to have unders? Do they last longer??? x

I had to have overs (and the tissue scored to release it) for tubular breasts too. The reason tubular breasts need overs is so that they take more of the shape of the implant on, if its under the muscle and you have significant tubular breasts I think theres a risk of the breast sitting on top of the implant and looking strange. (Obv this is upto the surgeon to decide whats best on an individual case).

I had it in my head that unders would look more natural since the muscle covers the top of the implant, but the surgeon assured me this wasn’t the case for me and overs would be fine on me, and so far they are – only 12 days post op but already looking loadssssss better and natural! I’d trust your surgeon x
