Hi, have any of you ladies been told to massage your new breasts? Nobody has mentioned it to me and don’t know whether to or not or how to do it. I had unders. x x

i would like to know this too, i have been massaging mine but not sure if i been doing it right xx

yeah noone told me either! and last time i got a band to wear and not this time….thank god tho cos it hurt so much! xx

Mine went quite ball like last time after a few years, so I looked online about massaging there are some sites that show you if you do a search on: breast massage after implants. Although it does say not all people should do them which is why I wasn’t sure what to do! x

I had Unders again Betty. Mr Aurakzai said…it is what it is…meaning i had unders last time the only option is unders agin! lol xx

Sure i read somewhere, that you shouldn’t massage textured implants? I have the CUI textured ones, and i rub palmers cocoa butter on them every morning, but don’t massage them roughly x

I just spoke to nurse and she said not to until 6 week check up as they are still healing. She will show us how to massage if suitable then. x x x

Do you think i will be okay to lightly rub a small amount of coco butter on the top of mine? I only had them yesterday but i am paranoid about stretchmarks! xxx

Girls don’t start massaging until you get the all clear from the nurse, tammy I read too somewhere not to massage textured implants… can’t remember where now, I’ve just been gently massaging cocoa butter with cosmetic pads every evening xxx

my nurse told me it was ok to massage them, i seen her at my 7 day post opp check, shes the one that acually mentioned it xx

I got told to massage my left breast by my surgeon (at 24 weeks) as it wasnt settling aswell as the other. xx
