Massage

Does anybody know if there is a video online or anything that shows how to massage implants?

I’m sure there is something wrong with my left breast and i dont get to see Mr K for another 4wks or more (still waiting for appointment as they didnt have may dates at my 6wk check). My right has softened and dropped but my left is not changing at all apart from its tender again now, its still higher and tight. Its really getting me down, i had my boobs done to make me feel better about myself especially without clothes on as i hated getting undressed, even in front of my hubby but i feel just as bad now as they look so wonky and ugly. I’m sitting here crying, its awful.

All my clothes that i’ve bought for holiday in august and the summer are not gonna be any good as they are shirred dresses and vest tops that need no bra and the difference in my boobs is highly visible in them, even with a bra on you can tell one is higher.

I have been trying to massage for almost the last 2wks but there is no improvement at all.

Hey hunni. I aint got the answer for u, but been told to treat both joobs as a diff op and that they can take upto a yr to drop properly.

Please dont cry. You sound like me Im 2 and half weeks post op. I thought I was the only one going through this but theres a few people on here with the same problem. &I have spoken to a girl who is alot further on than me thats had it and they have evened out now. Its really hard when its your body they are on I know but think we just have to be patiend. How far post op are you x

Hi sam when you massage at the momment it should only be slight up untill you 6 weeks cheak, i was told by my nurse thet if you cup your breast with both hands and just alternate your hands by pressing it up and down on the top part of your breast but then after 6 weeks you can massage it all over like you putting cream on but slightly more preasure, i did not have an uplift so if you have had one it might be slightly different. mine were too like that but with time you will love them hun honest x x

Yes she said i could apply bio oil, cream etc and massage as i was doing so but didnt tell me how and at the time i didnt think to ask. xx

cup the breast with bio oil on and rub it like your kneading dough and altenating hands hope this helps x x

Hey Sam, im on exactly the same situation. My left boobie has gone soft and bigger and its lower now love it. The right is still round and higher and smaller, i notice myself checkking every 2hrs if theres any changes but i guess will have to wait for awhile. Are u left handed? they say ur dominant hand have firmer muscle so itll take time to relax and its compressing the implant. some takes 4-6 weeks before they even out, some sooner, so just hang in there, you’re not the only one hopefully we’ll see changes every week. xx

No Poppy i’m right handed lol, thats partly why i dont get it, tho i do drive so maybe thats it. Hopefully it will improve with massage, wonky boobs will really ruin things! xx

Has any of you had it where the bottom of 1 boob is nice and round and the other looks like theres nothing there? Is this what dropping is, like it drops further down your boob so the bottoms more full than the top?? x
