Massaging

My op day is in 2 weeks and i have started using the bio oil but I was just wondering how you do it lol.

Sounds really stupit but is there a set time or movement etc?

I have just been massaging a wee bit in every night and moring on my breast area so just would like to know if i am doing it right.

Any help would be great thanks xx
