    Is it a good idea to massage them and if so when best to start?

    Yeah I was wondering this I’m 3 weeks Post op and was never told by my surgeon or the nurse to massage?x

    Check with your nurse or surgeon first honey,some surgeons recommend massage some dont,I had overs and was advised to massage,but we are individuals,if you are not sure you should check with a medical professional.xxx
