Massaging solid boobs

Anyone know if it helps to gently massage over the bandages and the nipples after surgery? Just with them feeling so hard and solid, very gently pressing with my fingers seems to ease the pressure. However, I’m just a bit worried you’re not supposed to do this. Tried googling it and can’t seem to get a straight answer! Xx

I’ve heard some girls are told not to massage so soon after surgery .. I would gently rub mine cos it helped relieve the tightness…as long as youre not pressing too hard to disturb your healing I’m sure its ok hun x

yeh ive been told 4 weeks before i can massage them, but agree with kezza i rubbed mine…x

I rubbed mine or got my otherhalf to do it as there hands are bigger and tend to be warmer – i also used cream from day 2 on the tops of my boobs and they seem fine xx
