I have just had my consultation with Dr Samouris and I am a little disheartened and was told I would need a mastopexy and implants, rather than just a straightforward enlargement. I am only a small 34B and I tried on a 275CC which was perfect but as soon as I heard the word uplift I instantly thought round and up, if that makes sense? Although Dr Samouris was very reassuring that they would look natural and I couldn’t stress enough that that was the look I want. Has anyone else had the same procedure and willing to share some advice or pictures? I was also told it would be submuscular and dual plane. I actually forgot to ask what shape the implant would be so I will do that next time I speak to someone.
