May call line open times

Op tomorrow, still no times, pc away till Monday (and wanna change her as she hasn’t been very helpful) the number on her answer phone goes to a nurse answer pone and need to know times ASAP! Call line saying not open!!! Tempted to get a f-ing refund right now!!!

Have u rang the hospital yr havin it done in? Explain yr pc is away til Mon and uve no other way of gettin times. Thats what I would do if u havent already x

Just managed to get thru but still no times! It’s a p@@@ take! There also gonna change my pc for me as she keeps messing up on other things with me too

That’s awful! Mine wasn’t too helpful either, but that that bad. The nurse that did my preop contacted me to let me know op time, haven’t heard from pc for weeks and i’m 4 days po. Nurse called me yesterday to check i’m ok, it’d be nice if my pc did too, or gave me a text or something! x

sorry you are stressing right now, its so unfair, you should be able to relax as much as possible so close to your op. hope that your experience tomorrow is a vast improvement on today. x
